家族と自分の将来について
最近プライベートなネタはmixi日記ばかりに書いてたのですが、
あまりに更新してないので、こっちに書いてみようかと。
昨日、ちょっとした用事があって父に電話したところ、
明日からまたアメリカに戻るとのことで、ちょうどいいタイミングだったんですが、
昨年の秋から肩の治療のために大阪に戻ってた母も来月には渡米するとのこと。
そこまではまあ予想通りというかわかってたことなんですが、
妹も10月には今の仕事を辞めていっしょに向こうに行くらしい。
確かにちらっと先日そんなことを妹にはにおわされたけど、
「あれ、聞いてないの？」って、聞いてませんがな。。。
「そういうわけやからおまえには大阪に帰ってきてもらわなな」
って急に言われても困るわけです。
今のところ戻るつもりもないのですが、我が家の愛猫（サイドバーの写真参照）
をどうするか、っていう問題もあります。
もう歳なので国際線の長時間のフライトには耐えられないのです。
なのでペットが飼えるマンションに引っ越すことも軽く検討中です。
気づけば東京に出てきてもうすぐ丸11年。
大学を普通に卒業して、就職と転職をして、なんとなく今のポジションにいます。
現状に大きな不満もなく、仕事もそれなりに責任あることを任されてますが、
30歳を目前にして、ちょっと色々と考えるようになりました。
巷で話題の「ウェブ進化論」を読み終わりまして、影響されやすい僕は、
ここらでシリコンバレーにでも行ってみるかなんて思ったりもします。
これから先も広告、ウェブマーケティングといった業界から離れるつもりはないのですが、
正直、今の立ち位置に満足してない自分がいるのも事実です。
はっきり言うと、以前よりもかなり楽をしてる気がする。
そんなわけで、いい機会なので自分のライフプランを真剣に考えてみようと思います。
プライベートも大事ですが、まあそっちは焦っても仕方がないので。
